Dr. Adam Kowalewski earned a master’s degree in medicine from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. 

He was the principal investigator of three research projects founded by EU initiatives.

He is the originator of evolution-targeted and histology-adjusted cancer therapy and an author of the national guidelines in pathology.

He was awarded with over twenty scholarships, including two from the Polish Ministry of Higher Education and Science.

He completed the Designing and Implementing AI Solutions for Health Care Program at Harvard Medical School and the Entrepreneurship Development Program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Marcin Grzybek earned an engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering of Polymer Materials from University of Technology in Bydgoszcz.

In his engineering thesis based on computer simulations (CAE), he developed an application for determining the pressure parameters in the cavity of the injection mold.

The protagonist of creating well-thought-out solutions where attention to detail and high quality are put in the first place.

He has been associated with Apple since 2014, where he co-creates one of the best authorized Apple services in Europe.

He adheres to the principle that the real driving force behind any business are people.

Barbara, well-organized, living according to the plans, brought up in a family of entrepreneurs, and thinking this way since childhood. 

Experienced in running her own company, she used to support local businesses as an Internationalization Specialist at Enterprise Europe Network. Currently working at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, helping academic startups to develop and at the same time managing finances in the Innovation Incubator 4.0. project, the main goal of which is the scientific research commercialisation.

 Educated in the field of Business Administration and Financial Controlling. Now she is very excited about bringing her experience and ideas to the Medsmith’s team, making sure that with appropriate financial resources, it will transform from a startup into a large organization that properly implements the most accurate business model.
